Cydney works with a variety of client populations ranging from young adults to older adults. They have previous experience with areas of counseling including anxiety/stress, mood disorders, ADHD, LGBTQ+, and personality disorders. They use an integrative approach to counseling that includes a mixture of motivational interviewing, compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc.
Cydney has a heart for working with clients to help them identify their goals and strengths within themselves. They are an active learner and compassionate about helping people by providing a safe space for them to express themselves.
Cydney was raised in Joplin, MO and hopes to make a difference in the lives of individuals living in the area and the community as a whole. You will find Cydney participating in several different avenues such as art, physical health, and fun activities such as gaming and events in the local community.
